  • Where can I find the baked goods?

    Muffins and Mantras is a home bakery. Our products are available:


    •  For pickup from Kelly's home .Perfect if you live in the 28314 zip code.
    • At Dharma Lifeways (her wellness practice on Hay Street. 
    • By mail.

    Choose your fulfillment option at checkout. Please note that products are not available daily without an order. You can however visit our popup shop on Saturdays at the Dharma Lifeways.

  • Can I purchase baked goods without wellness services?

    Most defintely!

  • Can you promote wellness and baked goods?

    Enjoying the things that we love without overinduldging is what midfulness is all about! 

  • How often should I schedule sessions?

    The answer to this question will very person to person. The frequency of your sessions should depend on your goals and needs. Unless you have enrolled into a specific program or pacakge, I typically suggest biweekly appointments to start.

  • Do I need to book for the group yoga class?

    Yes, please! If no one books, I assume that no one will be attending class and may not be there on time.

  • Can I book wellness services without buying baked goods?

    Of course, you can!

  • Do you have any Vegan/Gluten free options?

    There will sometimes be a vegan banana nut bread offered or you can submit a custom order for it. Unfortunately, there are currently no gluten-free options at this time.

  • I can't afford the wellness sessions. Do you have other payment options?

    If you are interested in wellness services but can not currently afforded them, please send an email to info@muffinsandmantras.com.

  • I'd like to purchase your baked goods but I don't not live in your area.

    Unfortunately, shipping is not offered at this time. This is something we plan to add in the near future. If you'd like to stay in the know, please join our mailing list.
