Meet the Baker

A Journey of Mindfulness, Wellness, and Joy

Baking is not just a way to create delicious treats—it’s a pathway to mindfulness, connection, and joy. My journey began with a vision to blend the art of baking with a deep, holistic understanding of wellness. As a wellness practitioner with a background in yoga, reiki, and ayurvedic nutrition, I was able to connect to the healing and centering power of baking.


My Story

I am a  mom, wife, and passionate wellness practitioner, my life has revolved around finding balance, health, and peace. Baking has been a source of joy and grounding, and has provided me much solace especially during difficult times. It became more than just a hobby—it became a sacred practice, one that has allowed me to reconnect with myself and my family.


The joy of baking, with its rhythm and intentionality, has brought a sense of calm that transformed my life. As I shared my creations with loved ones, I realized that baking could be a beautiful way to share the peace and happiness I've experienced and bridge the gap between two great passions. And so, Muffins and Mantras was born: a place where mindfulness, wellness, and the art of baking come together to create more than just treats but a space for connection and joy.

My Approach: Mindfulness in Every Bite

I take the mindful approach of wellness and apply it to everything I bake. Every muffin, cake, and pastry is made with love, care, intention. Each recipe is crafted with the belief that food should not only satisfy hunger but also serve as a moment of pause, presence, and gratitude.


Why Mindful Baking?

As a yoga teacher and Reiki master, I understand the importance of mindfulness in every area of life and baking is no different. It is an act of gratitude and presence, where each step—from mixing ingredients to smelling the final product—is an opportunity to slow down, be present, and pour love into my products. This practice of mindfulness is something I want to share with you through my baked goods and wellness offerings.


Through every treat and session, I hope to invite you into a space of greater awarness, peace, and joy. Whether you’re savoring a moment to yourself with a warm muffin or embarking upon a wellness journery, the goal is to assist and guide you through creating mindful experiences.


My Values

Joy:  Baking is a joy, and I want to share that joy with you. I bake because it centers and connects me to something deeper, and I hope to share that healing energy with you.

Wellness: Wellness is infused in everything I do—from choosing ingredients, creating mindful eating experiences and helping you understand your relationship with all that you consume. Every bite and practice is designed to nourish your body and your spirit.

Intention: Each of  baked good and service offering is crafted with purpose and care, reflecting the belief that food is an opportunity to be present and mindful.

Community:  I believe in the power of shared moments and providing space for growth and healing. My hope is to bring awareness to the mind-body-spirit connection and help you support it.
